Reducing Security Costs Through Synchronicity 


Challenge: A regional healthcare organization was spending heavily on 24/7 on-site guard coverage across multiple facilities. While the security presence provided reassurance, it came at a high cost that was becoming difficult to justify. The client needed a more efficient model that would maintain coverage, visibility, and deterrence without relying entirely on static personnel.

Response: NJB Protection implemented a technology-driven solution using Synchronicity, NJB’s advanced remote monitoring platform. Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) equipped with cameras, analytics, and two-way audio were deployed across key properties. These systems allowed NJB’s operations center to monitor sites in real time, deliver live talk-down communication, and dispatch mobile officers when needed. The hybrid design preserved response capability while dramatically reducing guard hours.

Result & Takeaway: The client achieved more than 60 percent cost savings while maintaining a secure, visible presence across all locations. Trespassing incidents declined, employee confidence improved, and the organization redirected its budget toward core operations. The success of this rollout reinforced that Synchronicity is not just a replacement for guards—it is a smarter, more efficient model for continuous protection.
